This document outlines the rules for using our mobile spa services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Your Appointment

Key Point Detail
Confirmation Your booking is finalized only when you receive our official confirmation (via SMS or email).
Therapist Arrival We aim to arrive within 15–30 minutes of the scheduled time. Delays due to traffic are possible, and we are not liable for them.
Your Role (Location) You must provide a safe, clean, and quiet area where the therapist can work without interruption.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are fixed at the time of booking.

  • Extra Costs: You are responsible for covering any travel costs related to your location, such as parking fees, tolls, or building entry charges.

  • Payment Timing: Full payment is required just before or immediately after the service is completed.

3. Cancellation Policy (Please Read Carefully)

  • To Cancel (Client): You must notify us at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee (50% of the service cost) may apply.

  • No-Show Rule: If you are not present at the confirmed time and location, we will charge you the full service fee. No refunds will be given.

  • Service Provider Cancellation: If we cancel, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.

4. Safety and Conduct

  • Health Disclosure is Crucial: You must inform the therapist of any allergies, injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the service begins.

  • Professional Services Only: Our services are strictly for therapeutic relaxation.

  • Conduct: Any rude, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior towards the therapist will result in immediate termination of the service without any refund.
